In all of these positions you will work with new and existing accounts in installing, customizing, and implementing enterprise software. Based on the title and company, these roles may include the following responsibilities:

Act as technical lead on one or more consulting projects. Evaluate and report on progress of technical teams. |

Pre-Sales – These are full-time permanent positions that are generally within the Sales organization. Titles for this role include Sales-Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Consultant and Systems Engineer.
In these positions you will w ork on-site with companies evaluating new enterprise software products. You will be the technical “subject matter expert” assisting the sales force with all technical issues involved in the sales cycle. Other common activities include the following:

Conduct technical software demonstrations and presentations |

Respond to all technical questions regarding the installation and implementation of new software |

Perform application assessments/ requirements analysis to understand client business and technical issues related to software |

Develop and present custom prototypes and POCs (proof of concept) |

Manage product trials / evaluations |

Respond to RFPs/ RFIs |

|
Provide client training and assist in initial phases of product implementation |

|
Maintain hands on understanding of products and competitors |
Enterprise Software Sales –
Technical Search Associates works on all level sales openings from individual contributor to VP Sales. Positions may be direct sales or channel sales. Some positions focus on new business development and some positions focus on Account Management. All openings are for Mid to Senior, not entry level, sales people and managers with experience selling enterprise software solutions. Individuals must have excellent track records meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $1M+.
Marketing / Product Management – Technical Search Associates works on all levels of Marketing and Product Management positions within enterprise software companies. Titles can include Products Marketing Manager/Director, Marketing Analyst, Program Manager, Alliance Manager, Product Manager (Technical).
Enterprise Software company experience, particularly in one of the domain areas that we focus in is required.
